Holiday Greetings and Well Wishes

Holiday Greetings and Well Wishes

As 2020 comes to a close, I find myself reflecting in different ways than usual. For me, and I suspect for many others around the world, this wasn’t the year we expected. There is no denying the profound impacts felt by businesses and our team members, in their professional and personal lives, as we’ve dealt with the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, along with social unrest and other challenges. At Evolv, we have focused on our shared experiences and supported our team members as they continue to navigate through the tumultuous events that shaped most of 2020. I shared some of my thoughts on these topics earlier in the year based on 30+ years in retail.

I am heartened to witness our resilience and the capacity of our team, and people all over the world, to adapt to changing circumstances in order to keep going and finding new ways to live, learn and engage. This applies to our business and how our team members have been able to come together. It is inspiring to witness how humans can face adversity head on. From taking a stance against racism to finding new ways to get employees to collaborate, our team has been able to flourish. As a result, we continue to grow as a business, we are delivering increasingly sophisticated solutions for our clients, and we are strengthening our bounds to each other.

As I look to 2021, I feel good about the opportunities ahead of us. We have some exciting new clients coming on-board and have an impressive roadmap. I want to thank every employee and all our clients and partners for the ways in which they have been able to adapt and accommodate change. I hope all of you get to celebrate this time of year and spend time with friends and family, even if it is over Zoom!

Warmest regards,

-Michael
